PR & Tactical supplier support

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

Centralize the purchase requisition "PR" creation process with external suppliers for:
Productivity topics
Change Management topics
Continuous Improvement topics
Special Requests
Ensure a proper purchasing order "PO" process:
Ensure the requestors have proper inputs 
Respect of the competitive Bid request
Compliance of the offer and the PR reation "Commodity Code, GL Account, Cost Center..."
Creation of the PR within 24 hours
Ensure the PO supplier sending within 72 hours throw approvals follow up of the PR
Ensure the suppliers confirm the deliveries according the offer
Ensure the GR "good receipt" according the request feedback.
Align with finance constantly about open PRs, POs to be adjusted, closed....
Monitor and follow up the productivity pipeline of the plant for material productivity and others. 
Ensure the project leaders to execute their projects on time and to work continuously on productivity creation ideas.
Collect the productivity ideas from the plant and contribute to the productivity pipeline fulfillment
Support  the escalation process for the BOM items or indirect procurement throw suppliers' direct escalation process or throw automotive EMEA procurement team. 
Make sure the reaction times are in line with the stakeholders' expectations.

Requirements:

Engineering or relevant technical degree
1-3 years of experience in the field of procurement or supply chain 
Experience in Continous improvement projects is an advantage
Fluent english skills is a must
Exellent communicational skills
