Responsibilities

工作职责 :

• Develop and execute advanced procurement strategy for the assigned production line in China to meet business objectives
• Lead and execute RFQ quoting effectively with quick response and competitive unit price to support project business
• Attend SD meeting with CFT leader based on Cost, Delivery, engineer capability and Quality input
• Drive Supplier Base improvement and optimization in LCC location
• in assigned NPD programs to assure readiness for sample building and production ramp up and ensure all project KPI index.
• Work to formulate advanced procurement strategy and organize workshop and seminar with internal and external resource. Control project risk by check strictly MTS and risk assessment form

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree must, major in engineering is preferred
• More than 4 years project procurement management experience
