Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering.
2. 7 years + of Project Management experience in industrial product / Hardware domain
3. Leadership proven skills in leading, developing, and managing teams
4.Excellent ability to handle pressure
5. Demonstrated Ability to create effective project plans, risk management, uncertainty management
6. knowledge of project management techniques and tools
7. Knowledge of Mold, Stamping, Assembly manufacturing processes and cost composition
8. Knowledge of a matrix organization and how to navigate it
9. Project management expertise to drive time to market balanced with commitment to quality
10. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
11. Good oral English
12. Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP is preferred
岗位职责与任职要求
Responsibilities:
1. Take total ownership of one or more New Product Development projects
2. Lead the Core Team toward a common objective.
3. Manage resources:
4. Ensure the project is “staffed for success”
5. Negotiate with functional managers and Project Approval Committee (PAC) to alleviate resource constraints as needed
6. Discipline the System
7. Ensure that the team are operating according to the development process
8. Keep people focused on the matters at hand as well as their area of responsibility
9. Report out project status to manager following contract date
10. Be proactive to take actions and get thing done
11. Resolve conflict and controversial issues
