Responsible for end-to-end financial oversight of capital projects across the lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, overhead rate calculation, and post-project performance evaluation. This role supports strategic investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous process improvement in project finance.
职位要求
- 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis and project controlling within multinational manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CET-6 is preferred.Good English in Oral and Writing. Financial Certificate is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with automation or data visualization tools such as Power BI or Python.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy and accountability.
岗位职责与任职要求
- G2/G3 Project Review
Conduct financial feasibility assessments and risk analysis for early-stage projects to support investment decision-making.
- G5/G6 Cost Simulation & Review
Lead detailed cost modeling and financial simulations to validate project financial data.
- Overhead Rate Management
Calculate, document, and maintain accurate overhead rates for new project
- Post-Audit Execution
Perform regular audits on closed key projects
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with PMO, Engineering, Procurement, and Operation teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Process Optimization
Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and standardize project finance processes, driving efficiency, scalability, and data consistency.
- Audit Support
Provide timely and accurate documentation and insights to internal and external auditors as required.
- Ad-hoc Business Support
Support other temporary assignments as needed to align with departmental and organizational objectives.
