Job Overview

TE Connectivity’s IT Project Management Teams lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation, modification and support of IT projects that span across functional organizations. They prepare project execution plans and identify appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and meet technical requirements of the assignment. TE’s IT Project Management Teams remain informed about current advances in the IT Field. They also provide program management oversight and guidance to team members. TE’s IT Project Management Teams also include IT Analysts, who are responsible for supporting key IT processes, including disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT project management. IT Analysts provide support to our IT Project Management Teams by using their IT skills to implement and support tools and processes needed to meet project management and general IT requirements.

Position Overview

This incumbent will be a member of the global team that supports Disaster Recovery (DR) for TE’s applications and systems, both on-premise and cloud based. The DR team maintain global DR plans and documentation, support and coordination in DRP creation, test execution and reporting in an environment that is geographically dispersed. In addition to routine daily support, the team will support and coordinate activities involving diverse teams, as Business Continuity, Infrastructure, and Application teams, needed for successful DR preparedness.

  • Guidance in DR setup
  • Review and update DR related documentation
  • Coordination of DR Test Planning, Execution and Reporting
  • Provide training to other professional employees
  • Support future strategies
  • Ability to work with large groups responding to high priority issues




Generally, requires bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 5 years of experience in appropriate field.


  • Project Management (PM certification preferred)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (TE ITSM Platform)
  • Familiar with various operating systems as Windows and Linux
  • Familiar with CommVault backup
  • Familiar with VMWare ESX
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed customers
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
