New Business/Sales activity

- Lead B2B sales activities targeting Tier 1 automotive system suppliers.

- Manage full RFQ cycle (quotation, cost analysis, negotiation, nomination).

- Drive strategic account development and revenue growth.

Internal communication

- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Production, SCM).

- Manage new business/project development on schedule.

- Support existing businesses in quality and delivery with sales forecasts.

Customer Service

- Engineering support with design concept

- Support document service and samples.

Price Management

- Manage price negotiations, cost-down discussions, and commercial claims

- Analysis of competitors’ price

Market/Technical Trend

- Research and matching the application between HKMC and Global OEMs.

- Leading/Introducing new technology/product.

 

Responsibility

Duties & Responsibilities per Primary Focus Areas – 업무의 영향, 지식 및 책임

  • Strategic Account Management (Tier 1 Focus)
  • Develop strong commercial relationships with purchasing, engineering, and related teams
  • Understand Tier 1 customer platform strategies and long-term sourcing direction
  • Position company as a preferred technology partner
  • Manage escalation and commercial issue resolution

 

  • RFQ & Nomination Leadership
  • Lead RFQ review and feasibility discussion internally
  • Prepare competitive quotations aligned with margin targets
  • Conduct price and contract negotiations
  • Drive successful nomination and ensure smooth SOP transition

 

  • Profitability & Commercial Control
  • Manage contribution margin and pricing strategy
  • Lead price negotiations and cost-down initiatives
  • Monitor forecast, volume fluctuation, and revenue performance
  • Minimize commercial risks and manage contract compliance

 

  • Market & Strategic Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends including EV, electrification, and ADAS
  • Analyze competitor positioning within Tier 1 accounts
  • Provide strategic insights to regional/global leadership
  • Identify localization and growth opportunities in Korea

  • Business-level English (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of Terminals & Connectors or Electrical & Electronics and mechanical engineering
  • Strong negotiation skills with large Tier 1 organizations
  • Microsoft office (excel, ppt) - Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-year automotive projects
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
  • Strategic thinking with execution capability

 

Experience – 필요 업무 경험 / 경력

Mandatory

  • 5 - 7+ years of B2B sales experience in automotive components
  • Proven experience managing Tier 1 automotive customers
  • Strong RFQ handling and price negotiation experience

 

Preferred

  • Background in automotive electronics, Coaxial/Differential/Camera module solutions.
  • Background in automotive power electronics, or EV components
  • Experience working with Hyundai Mobis or similar Tier 1 system suppliers
  • Experience in foreign-invested or global matrix organizations
  • Project management experience in automotive programs

 

Education – 필요 학위(전공)

  • One of degree as below
  • Marketing & Economic Management
  • Automotive engineering

Professional Training & Certifications – 필요 자격증 및 전문 교육

  • 운전면허증 (Driver’s License)
