Job Description
• Analyze market and industry trends, customer needs, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and the competitive landscape.
• Keep relationship with customers to get the information of customers’ business focus.
• Search new applications to promote new business.
• Communicate new projects between TE engineers and clients to optimize concept design.
• Build up skills as sales engineers to upgrade engineering and OEMs’ technical trend
Work Description
- Support each sales engineer for strategy
- Arrange target items by each customers
- Research and find new market or customers’ needs
- Provide solutions of concept and take a business
- Manage new business with schedule
- Introduce new technology
- Engineering support with design concept
- Support document service
- Analysis of competitors price
- Protect high margin
- Research and matching the application between HKMC and Global OEMs.
- Analysis target customers for each applications
- Support existing business in quality, delivery, Drawing, PPAP and Samples.
