As Manager I HR Business Partner, you will serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to the San Rafael Manufacturing Leadership Team members and their direct reports. Additionally, you will oversee the team of HR generalist also supporting the site.

This position reports to the Mrg II HRBP for TE Medical Costa Rica and key responsibilities include:
•Serve as an influential business partner to San Rafael Manufacturing Leadership team in support of business requirements.
•Implement Human Resource (HR) policy at the local business level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives (i.e. succession, talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, and change management).
•In alignment with business priorities and the company’s HR objectives, policies, and practices, the Mgr I HRBP will be responsible for providing a focused set of human resource activities in the areas of leadership, organization development, employee/labor relations, employee engagement, talent management, workforce planning, change management and communications.
•Mgr I HRBP will partner to drive and ensure standardization and consistency across the both sites in Costa Rica.
•Drive organizational culture towards TE Medical values & unleash people’s potential through development and inclusion.
•Lead local BU HR team on site, focusing on standardization, effectiveness, and development.
•Coordinate and collaborate effectively with Regional HR Support, the HR Services organization and HR COEs to effectively lead the successful delivery of the HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the BU and/or site.
Cómo debería ser tu experiencia:
What your background should look like:
•Bachelor’s degree or above or equivalent experience; HR related major preferred
•8+ years of progressive experience within HR; Ideal candidate will have previous experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager capacity with people leadership experience
•Must have experience partnering with business and functional leaders in a matrixed environment requiring influencing skills
•Experience in multi-national company with HR Services and employee self-service HR delivery model
•Ability to build trust and credibility among his/her team and at all levels within the organization.
•Execution focused with a high level of interpersonal skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, process oriented with a sense of urgency.
•Solution oriented with ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
•Functional expertise: Talent Management, HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee/Labor Relations
