Take responsibility for day-to-day execution of production job planning and people management. Work close with each support function to archive manufacturing department high performance.

1. Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees, Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
2. Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting down processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
3. Lead and participant in TEOA(LEAN) event for efficiency and quality improvement
4. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. Allocating resources to meet the production requirements, achieving maximum capacity, identifying the training needs of the resources, and ensuring that the resources are appropriately trained.
5. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; advising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
6. Follow ISO13485 police for quality control and improvement.
7. Provides daily manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records. Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to VSM managers.
8. Maintains safe and clean work environment by follow EHS and 5S principle. Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
9. Resolves production problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
10. Work close with cross team for E2E project. And give necessary support to ME for process automation study.
11. monitor Tier1 and participant Tier2 to ensure production smoothly running.
12. Another work assigned by manager.   

岗位职责与任职要求

1. 5+ years' experience of working as a Production Supervisor, Medical experience is plus
2. Good practical experience with MS Office
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
6. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant area
