工作概况

1、根据生产指令安排生产计划并监督生产实施状况,确保按时完成生产任务,
2、合理安排人员,提高生产效率,   
3、负责处理生产现场问题,分析各项问题的根本原因,及时予以解决并确保其可受控,同时制订出相应的预防机制,
4、负责管理生产现场,确保生产现场符合公司及工厂的安全、质量、操作规范等相关规定,
5、班组绩效考核及推进,    
6、负责团队建设与发展,例如制定员工培训及发展计划等,并创造和谐的工作氛围,
7、推动车间持续改善,提升车间整体能力。

 

Responsibilities:    
1. Arrange production planning according to production instructions and supervise the implementation of production to ensure that production tasks are completed on time;
2. Reasonable arrangement of personnel to improve production efficiency;
3. Responsible for dealing with production site problems, analyzing the root causes of various problems, solving them in a timely manner and ensuring that they can be controlled, and formulating corresponding prevention mechanisms.
4. Responsible for managing the production site and ensuring that the production site complies with the relevant regulations of the company and the factory such as safety, quality, and operation specifications;
5. Team performance appraisal and promotion;              
6. Responsible for team building and development, such as formulating employee training and development plans, etc., and creating a harmonious working atmosphere;
7. Promote the continuous improvement of the workshop and enhance the overall capacity of the workshop SQDC;
    
 

岗位职责与任职要求

任职资格:
    
1、大专及以上学历(优先);
    
2、熟悉汽车行业零配件组装或电子行业;
    
3、汽车零部件行业或电子行业五年以上从业经验;
    
4、熟练操作办公软件;
    
5、具有一定的团队管理能力(100人左右),能做好团队建立与激励的工作;
    
6、较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力;
    
7、熟悉基本的精益改善工具;

 

Qualifications:
    
1. College degree or above (preferred);
    
2. Familiar with automotive industry spare parts assembly or electronics industry;
    
3. More than five years of experience in auto parts industry or electronics industry;
    
4. Proficient in office software;
    
5. Have certain team management ability (about 100 people), and be able to do a good job in team building and motivation;
    
6. Strong comprehensive coordination ability and organizational management ability;
    
7. Familiar with basic lean improvement tools;
