The position will be in the ENG Team Business support, provides administrative support as well as business analysis for ENG Team and ENG Managers.

Responsibilities
工作职责 :
· Plan, organize and coordinate meetings, trainings, town halls, conferences and other internal events
· Provide support for the logistics for team events, Coordinate department car
· Assist in making travel arrangements and related expense reports for managers; Support engineers for new hire on-board, daily administrative work
· Create, maintain, and update various databases and report/present data such as Time Report, PR and GR, monthly report, Organization Chart, ENG Seat Layout, Contact List
· Perform other related duties and manage projects as assigned
岗位职责与任职要求
Qualifications
任职要求 :
· Certified management/office assistant
· at least college degree with 2+ years’ experience in providing administrative support
· Good communication and customer service skills required; Ability to effectively develop cohesive relationships with management, employees, vendors and visitors
· Good English speaking and writing skill (CET 4, CET6 Better)
· Strong willing to work hard, could work under pressure, honest, patient and stable
· Good knowledge of computers, internet and software, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
