工作概况

Take responsibility for products with molding process quality & efficiency improvement through TEOA tools and process innovation. Provide prompt response to molding process issue to help business development. New products with molding process development. Work with global molding team for molding technical development.

职位要求

1. Molding Process Sustaining & Improving

Provide real time support for molding process for non-comfortable issue, give quick response/solution per failure analysis and experiment verification. Establish molding procedures, provide feedback and advice to ME related molding activities.

2. Manufacturing Process Development and Improvement

Develop new technical innovation and improve cable/Tube molding manufacturing process to improve quality level and efficiency in order to effectively support production and new business development. Implement QCO for efficiency improvement.

3. Technical Support

Coach technician and molding operator to ensure their performance improvement. Establish the molding tooling maintenance plan and ensure well implement by technicians, support maintain and improve the molding machine in order to effectively support production and new business development.

4. Process Molding process Documentation Management

Initiate Molding Instruction documents in order to effectively support production and new business development.

5. New Product Development Support Mold Tooling process

Participate in technical review as tooling engineer, In charge of make engineering sample according to project schedule. Lead new molding process introduction in order to effectively support production and new business development, Prepare and submit ME deliverables at corresponding stage gate.

6. Another work assigned by manager.

岗位职责与任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above
2.  Rich experience in plastic injection molding design AND manufacturing. Medical experience is plus                                                                               
3.  Experience in connector and cable assembly is preferred
4.  Good knowledge and expertise in plastic injection molding process and good understanding of mold design Good cable product knowledge is a plus  
5.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Solidworks or Pro-E etc.
