工作概况

Product Engineer (PE) is the owner to maintain specific products that producing in Suzhou factory, mainly to solved product related technical issues and also help to launch new project in Suzhou factory.

1. Existing product sustaining – Product technology related

     现有产品维护–与产品技术相关

• Solve product technical issues during production

解决生产过程中的产品技术问题

• Support customer requirements, such as application, testing, verification.

支持客户需求，例如应用，测试，验证

• Support supplier issues.

供应商技术支持

• Product redesign per request.

根据要求重新设计产品

• Cost reduction opportunity finding and execution.

寻找降低成本的机会和执行降低成本的任务

2. New product introduction

     新产品导入

• Working with project team to make sure new product can be launched in factory smoothly.

与项目团队合作，以确保新产品可以顺利在工厂推出

• Working with development team to make sure all the technical issues have been solved before moving to factory and all the documents / records have been ready.

与开发团队合作，确保在移至工厂之前解决所有技术问题，并准备好所有文档/记录

Involve new product development activities in early stage and share with development engineer for technical issues during production of similar products.

在早期阶段就参与新产品开发活动，并与开发工程师共享类似产品生产过程中的技术问题

1. Product extension:

     产品扩展

• Extend existing product lines to meet customer’s requirements.

拓展现有产品线以满足客户要求

• Lead extend project.

负责延伸项目

2. Other work assigned by management.

岗位职责与任职要求

1. Bachelor’s degree at mechanical related.

机械相关专业学士学位

2. At least 8 years’ experience for product development / sustaining.

至少8年的产品开发经验

3. Strong multi-tasks management capability for planning and execution.

强大的计划和执行多任务管理能力

4. Independent product design capability for connectors.

独立的连接器产品设计能力

5. Good ability for trouble shooting, data analysis, product improvement.

具有良好的故障排除，数据分析，产品改进和研究能力

6. Strong communication skills.

较强的沟通能力

7. Be familiar with connector manufacturing process.

熟悉连接器的制造过程

8. Experience to work with factory.
