工作概况

Manufacturing process development, and process improvement in term of product quality, productivity and product cost. Support new product introduction, daily monitor production lines in manufacturing site. Lead or co-operate with other functional team to investigate and resolve product quality issue. With manufacturing engineering skills develop innovative solutions, quickly troubleshoot and correct day-to-day operational problems. Ensure all critical product design issues are identified and resolved. Stay on the top of manufacturing technology and processes in the industry to meet the needs of company’s fast growth.

职位要求

1. Define and update Machine Spec, PFMEA, Flowchart, Layout, WI and other manufacturing documents.
2. Analyze existing manufacturing processes to reduce production costs and cycle times.
3. Lead production line layout optimization to enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
4. Participate in NPI, responsible for process feasibility evaluation from design to mass production.
5. Analyze production abnormalities (such as yield decline or equipment failure) and propose root cause solutions.
6. Lead six Sigma and other tools to resolve complex manufacturing technical issues.
7. Evaluate and introduce automation equipment to improve production line automation.
8. Other tasks assigned by ME manager

Work experience:

3+ years’ Line design and process experience within auto industry

3+ years’ experience in machining and manufacture of automated equipment

1+ years’ Project manage experience

1+ years’ operations technology work experience

Skills:

1. QCO and lean knowledge
2. Knowledge to resolve key technical problems.
3. Manufacturing equipment design (CAD & ProE)
4. Project management skills
5. APQP/SPC/MSA/PFMEA/PPAP knowledge
6. Microsoft office
