岗位职责与任职要求

Role Statement
Take responsibility for manufacturing engineering in assembly process with objectives of sustaining and continues improvement to achieve the target. Work with internal counter parts like manufacturing, planning, quality and engineering team. 

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
• Transferring project information to manufacturable process, interface for engineering in terms of the new project introduction from technical perspective. 
• Equipment requirement, technical and manufacturing feasibility review (including modification of EHS safety compliance, detailed concept and specification and design release) 
• Build process for assembly, create BOM and relevant documents for manufacturing. Process flow, PFMEA, WI, standard work…
• Perform the equipment qualification and complete assembly line release 
• Provide day to day manufacturing support with problem resolution. 
• Deliver ongoing improvements to processes, procedures and products to achieve cost saving targets. 
• Standardization and lesson learnt for continues improvement
• Ensure all process changes are controlled and appropriately documented according to procedures. Any changes to procedures / run conditions should be formally communicated, and recorded to capture all applicable operators. 
• Ensure customer complaints are answered and resolved with robust solutions within business requirements and time frames. 
• Ensure that technicians and operators are trained in the role and working to the correct procedures. 
• Take responsibility for own development
