1.    Inventory management to ensure high turn rate speed.
2.    Manage logistics cost at an economic way at daily execution to balance the speed and the cost.
3.    Lead time improvement and on time delivery to bring extraordinary customer experience.
4.    Follow localization implement and switch timely.

职位要求

Key Responsibilities/Objectives

1.    Lead and manage Material Control team to finalize the strategy and processes.
2.    Lead Material Control team to make sure the material supply from intercompany and external suppliers. 
3.    Manage Open PO and focus on long aging POs.
4.    Timely follow up and dispose the inventory and open POs for EOP projects.
5.    Manage inventory to control and reduction. Weekly review the increasing stock and do analysis to take right actions. 
6.    Collaborate with PP/Purchasing/Logistics to improve the material supply process and do reduction for transportation fee. 
7.    Participate in lean/digital projects. 

Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:

    Bachelor degree
    Good written, verbal at English, and communication skills within team;
    More than 5-7years management experience at material planning and production planning at international manufacturing company
    Demonstrated ability to identify root cause, drive improvement actions and resolve problems.
    Import & Export experience would be a benefit
    Good SAP knowledge and practice
    Good Excel / office software
    Lean Production knowledge is preferred
