Work with digital factory committee to develop and dynamically update the digitization strategy of the plant; Deeply understand the business demands, then lead the digital projects within operation; Adopt digital technology to empower the business to improve its competitiveness; Be familiar with lean operation system to promote perfect quality, timely delivery and cost management.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Develop and update plant digital factory strategy based on business requirement and latest digital technology
    Following latest digital technology closely
    Understand and be familiar with process and identify the opportunity to improve efficiency

Lead digital projects within operation 4 walls
    Has basic program knowledge to design digital project structure and review network topology
    Be familiar with excel, Power BI and so on to deal with data quickly
    Strong communication skill across different functions and influence team to reach a consensus
    Great project management skill and risk management skill
    Lead digital pilot project and work with function team to roll-out

Identify digital opportunity and empower business to improve the competitiveness via digital technology
    Identify, lead & drive digital projects to improve efficiency
    Deeply understand different process and identify digital opportunity
    Work closely with function team to pilot digital project to validate the concept
    Make digital project standardization and platform to easily roll out

Be familiar with lean operation system to promote perfect quality, timely delivery and cost management 
    Has lean working experience and lead lean improvement projects from end to end
    Has cost analysis working experience and be familiar with non-financial knowledge
