职位要求
- Business planning业务规划
Budget planning and monitoring. 预算规划和监测；
HC planning and hiring. HC规划和招聘；
- Production planning生产计划
Daily production planning and monitoring. 日常生产计划和监控；
Order to delivery tracking and action taken. 订单到交货跟踪和采取的行动；
- Material control材料控制
Direct material control (material withdraw, inventory control, cycle counting, return and scrap). 直接物料控制（物料提取、库存控制、周期盘点、退货和报废）；
Indirect material control & Stock on hands control. 间接物料控制和库存控制；
- Plating daily management电镀日常管理
Safety control, ERT, 5S+1, OEE, QCO monitor. 安全控制、ERT、5S+1、OEE、QCO监控；
Shift problems collection/escalation and follow up. 轮班问题收集/上报和跟进；
Teambuilding and discipline. 团队建设和纪律；
- Project transfer项目转让
Support process engineer to qualify new sample. 支持工艺工程师鉴定新样品；
Coordinate resource between mass production and FSR. 协调大规模生产和FSR之间的资源；
Other work assigned by management. 管理层交办的其他工作
岗位职责与任职要求
- College in engineering, and basic oral English. 工程学院，基础英语口语；
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in plating. 至少3年电镀工作经验；
- Experienced lean production concept and real case. 经验丰富的精益生产理念和实际案例；
- Excellent communication skill. 优秀的沟通技巧；
- Good business acumen and cost management knowledge. 良好的商业头脑和成本管理知识；
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills. 战略思维和分析技能；
- Good SAP operation skills and office application skills. 良好的SAP操作技能和办公应用技能；
- Proven track record for involve in program launch, good experience on team working. 参与项目启动的良好记录，良好的团队经验；
- Familiarity with working in teams across functions and countries in a matrix organization is required. 需要熟悉矩阵组织中跨职能和国家的团队工作
