工作概况
1.Responsible for the development and optimization of the silicone rubber injection molding process, including the development and review of process flow, process parameters, and process documents to ensure product quality and production efficiency
2. Assist in the mold design review and process feasibility assessment during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase, prepare relevant documents for NPI (including DFM, Tooling List, PFMEA, etc.), and plan and develop production and manufacturing processes.
3. Proactively communicate with PE, MPDE and other relevant personnel to accurately control product requirements; By optimizing the process, selecting silicone materials, and adjusting process parameters, product performance is improved to ensure the stability of the production process and ensure that the product meets design standards
4.Confirm the execution of production site processes, analyze and solve injection molding defects of silicone rubber (such as shrinkage, bubbles, dimensional deviations, etc.), promote process improvement to enhance yield and equipment efficiency.
5. Write production operation instructions (SOP), work instructions (WI), and troubleshooting (Trouble Shot) documents to guide operators in standardizing their operations; Responsible for daily training of relevant personnel to enhance team operational skills.
6.Learn and improve relevant professional knowledge and skills, and master the commonly used fillers in silicone rubber and their effects on performance after addition. Master the characteristics of modified rubber to ensure that the production process meets mass production conditions.
7. Familiar with SEM and other product characterization methods, use relevant equipment to conduct product performance evaluation and characterization work during the product development stage, and provide data support for R&D improvement

1. Majors in Chemistry, Polymer Materials or related fields, with a full - time undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree) or above; have a solid professional foundation.
2. More than 5 years of working experience in liquid silicone, rubber and related industries.
3. Be familiar with the characteristics of polymer materials and be able to use professional knowledge to solve professional problems in the silicone injection - molding production process to meet the product performance requirements.
4. Good oral English communication skills.
5. Possess good communication skills, teamwork spirit and the ability to analyze difficult problems.

5. 撰写生产作业指导书（SOP）、工作指导书（WI）及故障排查（Trouble Shoot）等文件，指导操作人员规范作业；负责相关人员的日常培训工作，提升团队操作技能。
6. 学习提高相关专业知识和技能，并掌握硅橡胶常用的填料和添加后对性能的影响，掌握橡胶改性后的特点，确保生产过程满足量产条件。
7. 熟悉SEM等产品表征方法，在产品研发阶段，运用相关设备开展产品性能评估与表征工作，为研发改进提供数据支持
任职要求：Job requirement
1. 化学、高分子材料等相关专业,统招本科（学士学位）及以上学历; 专业基础扎实;
2. 5年以上液体硅胶，橡胶及相关行业生产经验;
3. 熟悉高分子材料的特性，能够运用专业知识解决硅胶注塑生产过程中的专业问题以达到产品性能的要求。
4. 英语口语沟通能力;
5. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神以及疑难问题分析能力
6. 学习能有优秀，具备创新意识；责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力
