Job Responsibility
Develop and design connector/electronics non-standard automatic equipment, evaluate the new auto machine/process feasibility. Execute machine mechanism detail design and drawing, follow up parts fabrication and machine setup & conditioning. Solve technical problems in conditioning and trial run before machine handover to mass production.
Establish and execute automation design standard. Participate in concept design of process/line/machine meet design target & EHS requirement. Estimate and control machine cost.
Take lead for equipment transfer and ramp up in Philippine plant together with the China and local development/Operation team.
Compile machine engineering documents and filing from concept phase till handover to operation team, like RFQ/SOP/WI/machine list/machine design data/machine qualification & acceptance/etc..
Handle machine or auto assembly line design/development which are established by external automation suppliers.
Participate in existing machine design upgrading, improve capacity, efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years work experience in non-standard automatic machine design, can complete the whole machine mechanism/electrical design independently, experience in precision electronics or automotive industry is preferred.
Familiar & experienced with development of factory infrastructure, electricity/compressed air/etc..
Familiar with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, servo control principles and component selection; Understand machining principle of precision parts well.
Familiar with Creo/SolidWorks/AutoCAD design software.
Good logical thinking, teamwork and innovation consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure.
Good communication skills and ability to travel abroad.
Mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent major is required. Certification/License for Electrician(high/low voltage) is preferred.
