工作概况

TE Connectivity 的现场应用工程团队与客户紧密合作，针对新应用和现有应用推荐产品和解决方案。 他们发现新应用、需求修改和增强功能以符合客户规范，执行产品的现场安装和服务，负责公司产品在销售周期内的潜在应用的所有技术方面，以满足客户需求，包括发现机遇；确定解决方案；挖掘需求；准备详细的产品规范和技术营销支持；确保及时、高质量地执行项目；以及进行跟进技术支持。他们还批准系统和设备的作业质量。

岗位职责与任职要求

Responsibilities
• Promote the new/existing conductor products to customer and working with customer to    find better solutions of conductor application in Automotive;
• Support sales and marketing for new business and technical supporting on site; 
• Deliver company best application experience and suggestion of conductor for customer advanced design;
• Investigate the contactor application trend for new marketing

Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor or Master degree major in electronics and electromagnetic field or Mechatronics ; 

Qualification & Certification
- Degree certificate
- CET-4 or above
- TS16949 Training certificate

Experience
• At least 5 years Automotive application experience, especially in wiring harness/T&C/relay/Hems/info;

Technical Skill & Competencies
 Be familiar with Automotive High and Low voltage wiring harness, high and low voltage T&C, and automotive electrical principles;
 Be familiar with automotive application conditions and customer’s specification and requirement;
 Be capable of doing root-cause analysis or technical supporting in customer complain issues. Have skillful knowledge on problem solving
 Lead to solve the application issues for customer.
 Good communication and collaboration skills
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills and good office work skill such as PPT/MS word/Excels and so on.
