工作概况

TE Connectivity 的质量保证团队负责组织的全部或部分质量管理系统，包括一致性和持续改进举措。他们对产品、服务、 设施、制造或业务流程开展系统性评估，确保达到质量标准。使用质量控制统计数据、精益制造概念和六西格玛工具及分析，制定并实施质量计划、项目和程序。他们审核、分析和报告质量偏差，调查问题并执行质量审核，以及针对反复出现的偏差制定处置方案和纠正措施。该团队与制造和工程部门、客户或供应商及分包商紧密合作，确保达到各项要求。

岗位职责与任职要求

Responsibilities

•    Managing and leading supplier's new program
•    Responsible for supplier quality management, including new project and mass production
•    Lead the quality complaints handling and problem solving related to suppliers
•    Monitor and lead supplier quality improvement

Qualifications & Experience

•    Degree in mechanical Engineering related, bachelor degree or above
•    Above 5 years’ experience in SDE/SQE experience in automotive industry, have machining background is preferred
•    Had been trained for ISO/TS quality systems or supplier management, have related certification is preferred
•    Willingness to travel
•    Fluent in Chinese and English for global communication both oral and written.
