岗位职责与任职要求

Lead and establish the Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy, resource requirements and performance metrics.

Develop the overall continuous improvement strategy for China business in alignment with companywide strategy.

Understand end-to-end business processes from order intake to payment from the customer. 

Develop, standardize and track KPIs, best office practices, and root cause analysis for Continuous Improvement projects.

Lead and drive a digital system to drive a culture of continuous process improvement throughout the organization utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles.

Communicate the status and results of projects to key stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Technology Savvy, work closely with IT organization to utilize technology to enable business and digital transformation.

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, And Requirements:

 

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a business process improvement role or IT  technical

Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Knowledge of Starch processing is a plus.

Quick to learn and adapt to changing environment.

Open-minded, and able to challenge the status quo.

Strong communication skills.

Understand key enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, SRM and etc.

Fluency in English and Mandarin
