工作概况

TE Connectivity 的质量保证团队负责组织的全部或部分质量管理系统,包括一致性和持续改进举措。他们对产品、服务、 设施、制造或业务流程开展系统性评估,确保达到质量标准。使用质量控制统计数据、精益制造概念和六西格玛工具及分析,制定并实施质量计划、项目和程序。他们审核、分析和报告质量偏差,调查问题并执行质量审核,以及针对反复出现的偏差制定处置方案和纠正措施。该团队与制造和工程部门、客户或供应商及分包商紧密合作,确保达到各项要求。

岗位职责与任职要求

Overall:
Maintain and continuously optimize TE’s quality policies and systems; conduct quality assurance activities with the ECE (Extraordinary Customer Experience) objective of ensuring TE's product quality meet customers' standard within TE's quality systems, policies, procedures, and relevant local regulations. Good communication with engineering and operation team, provide fast response and professional quality problem solving to enhance customer satisfaction and better business growth.

Responsibilities:
1.    Quality metrics data analysis and reporting 
•    Follow BU/Quality strategy and support to finalize quality WIGs (Wildly Important Goals)
•    Make processes measurable including 8D, Cost of poor quality, WIP scrap, Supplier DLPM, etc.
•    Data analysis, report in Quality Metrics, CCR, CoPQ, 8D audit, etc.
•    Follow up the gap closure in a regular manner

2.    NPI (New Product Introduction) quality continuously improvement
•    Work with PMO/PJO/Plant to improve process effectiveness
•    Coordinate and follow up systematic gap through NPI audit
•    Synchronize the NPI process/procedure updates with plant NPI quality team
•    Support and review NPI related spec updates

3.    BU operation QMS (Quality Management System) continuously improvement
•    Coordinate and address systematic gap cross plants/regions
•    Drive systematic improvement actions with cross functions
•    Continuously improvement for Operational Quality system (TECHS, SAP, TED2.0,etc.)

4.    Support Kaizen events with cross functions
•    Support plant to drive complicated quality issue trouble shooting
•    Support Customer Quality team to drive improvement from VOC (Voice of Customer)
•    Support operation to cultivate certified GB/BB members

5.    Additional task instructed by supervisor

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
1.    Quality related experience for 8+ years
2.    Bachelor’s degree in Electric/Electronic & Mechanical or equivalent
3.    Good English (writing and oral speaking)
4.    Good mindset (BIQ, Job to be done, Conflict management, Excellent problem solving)
5.    Black Belt is must, excellent command of MS office tool, Minitab and Power BI
6.    20% domestic travels required
