工作概况

We are seeking an experienced Industrial CT Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining our industrial CT equipment, providing high-quality inspection services to our customers.

主要职责
Key Responsibilities
1.根据需求，制定扫描方案，操作并进行数据采集。
  Develop scanning plans and operate and perform data acquisition based on customer requirements.
2. 日常设备点检，必要异常情况的报备维护工业CT设备，确保设备正常运行。
并执行设备重复性和可重复性（GR＆R），测量系统分析（MSA），相关性研究和能力研究并提供反馈。
Routine equipment spot inspection, reporting of necessary anomalies maintains industrial CT equipment, ensures proper operation of equipment, and execute equipment repeatability and repeatability (GR&R), measurement system analysis (MSA), correlation studies and capability studies and provides feedback.
3. 协助研发团队进行新技术的开发和应用。
  Assist the R&D team in developing and application of new technologies.
4. 完成上级交办的其他工作。
  Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
5. 对扫描数据进行处理和分析，生成检测报告。
  Process and analyze scan data to generate inspection reports.
6.与客户沟通，解释检测结果，并提供专业建议。 
Communicate with customers to explain inspection results and provide professional advice.
7. 了解工业CT相关软件，例如VG Studio、Avizo等。
  Proficient in using industrial CT related software, such as VG Studio, Avizo, etc.

职位要求
Qualifications
1.大专及以上学历，机械、材料、电子等相关专业优先。
  College degree or above, major in mechanical, materials, electronics, etc. preferred.
2. 1年以上工业CT操作经验，熟悉工业CT设备原理和操作流程。
  1+ years of experience in industrial CT operation, familiar with industrial CT equipment principles and operating procedures.
3. 具有良好的机械制图识图能力和理解形位公差.
Good mechanical drawing recognition ability and understanding of geometric tolerances.
4. 有辐射操作证者优先
  Certificate of radiation operation is preferred。
5. 工作认真负责，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
  Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good communication skills and team spirit.
6.基本英文阅读能力，便于图纸解析.
Basic English reading ability, easy to analyze drawings.
