职位要求
PERCENTAGE OF TIME
Overall responsibility for production planning & material planning concept including:
1. Work out weekly production plan in SAP system based on S&OP forecast, customer demand, plant machine capacity, labor and material availability etc.
2. Release PR for raw materials and other indirect materials based on production plan and MRP run and Follow up the material delivery on time to meet production demand.
3. Follow up the MPS achievement and propose preventives actions regarding material availability to ensure MPS realization. Adjust the production plan timely in case urgency or issues take place to ensure the production running smoothly and to achieve customer requirement.
"4. Closely communicate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Warehouse etc. following up the abnormal case schedule and action & focusing on trouble shooting and de-bottleneck to ensure the MPS be executed. "
5. Closely work with relevant dept. to analyze root cause of miss shipment lines and drive for corrective actions to meet STS/STR target.
6. Execute inventory strategy. Control inventory to meet target. Analyze slow moving materials and responsible for reduction.
7. Maintain the planning parameter in SAP system and guarantee the data accurate and validity and update it regularly
8. Other tasks assigned.

基本任职资格MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
"学历, 专业技能，工作经验Education, Technical Qualification & Experience "
"1. Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics, Engineering, Statistics or similar fields.
2. Experience:
1) 3~5 years related work experience, both planning and material control
2) Strong system logics and skills, preferable SAP, familiar with MRP logic, Production Plannining, Material Planning, Inventory Control etc.
3) Good at data analysis
4) Working experience in multi-national industrial companies is highly preferred
