JOB OVERVIEW:
TE Connectivity is looking for a passionate and proactive “digitally savvy”  with strong team-spirit and communication skills for the integrated marketing analyst position in APAC SMB (Small and Medium Business) marketing team. This position plays a vital role in business planning, operational execution, and digital optimization to win TE’s SMB growth strategy.

Core responsibilities for this role include TE SMB marketing campaign planning and execution, demand generation activities & optimization management, new growth initiatives implementation in search, social and eCommerce, joint content marketing/WeChat user precise operation for productivity and conversion improvement.

This position requires an integrated marketing expert with a proven track record in campaign effectiveness, eCommerce, customer growth and global-to-local digital tools utilization.  

The role will work closely with global and regional SMB, SMA, Digital, BU, Inside Sales, Marketing operation, external agencies and media channels.

This is an APAC marketing position reporting to APAC SMB Marketing Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Responsibilities:
•    Implement annual SMB marketing campaigns in building an excellent customer experience, engagement, leads & sales revenue for both mobile and desktop users.
•    Implement growth initiatives in new social, partnership & eCommerce channels via effective joint content marketing campaigns.
•    Work with Digital team to organize & execute WeChat user precise operation for qualified customer growth
•    Support on the marketing process of tracking, reviewing, interpreting, and reporting on metrics and goals, develop optimization plan or make recommendation based on research findings & data analysis.
•    Work with BUs on marketing activities collaboration, provide support on campaign planning, results tracking and optimization, etc.
•    Collaborate with global and regional team in customer growth and delivery of local customer-driven approaches.
•    Support to APAC SMB marketing regional expansion & development plan.
•    Proactively review industry innovation, upcoming trends, Mar-Tech and best practices to make recommendations, improve campaign performance.
 

岗位职责与任职要求

Qualifications and Experience:
•    Bachelor's degree, preferably in eCommerce, marketing or related areas.
•    3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing/eCommerce with strong marketing campaign and customer growth record
•    Capable of managing multiple marketing projects, tracking, and reporting of results independently by internal support and external agencies.
•    Customer-centric, systematic and logic player with sufficient problem-solving capabilities
•    Experience on B2B online marketing & demand generation campaign management.
•    Strong functional collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills.
•    Strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity and influencing people.
•    Strong can-do, innovative and teamwork attitude
•    Fluency in both written & spoken English required.
