The Industrial Account Manager is the owner to defend and grow in existing & target customers in focusing application
Industrial Account Manager need to work out workable strategic plan involving account plan and implementation actions. An efficient execution is key to deliver result including getting alignment internally, convincing cross function to support, maintaining & developing good customer relationship by continuously improving NPS.
Industrial Account Manager is also expected to offer extra – ordinary customer experience by working with internal resource.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplishment sales revenue target
- Proactively interface and communicate with the customer and internal TE stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders support.
- Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning TE products and service.
- Develop new customer, capture new project, design in activity in R&D. Build up long term corporation partner relationship with key customers.
- Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to the involved parties, especially the PM.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
- Keep self learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.

Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:
- University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred)
- More than 3 years relative working experience, rail market is preferred.
- Business acumen & Self learning
- Knowledge of Business Development & key account management.
- Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situation
- Creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
- Strong presentation skills
- Global communication.
- Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in English
- Flexibility in working days and travelling
- Valid driver’s license
- Develop credibility & trust resulting in customer “buy in”
