Role Statement:

The Industrial Account Manager is the owner to deep dive and grow in existing & target leading customers in focusing on IND applications such as New Energy & Robotic.

 

Industrial Account Manager needs to work out workable strategic plan involving account plan and implementation actions.  Efficient execution is key to delivering results including getting alignment internally, convincing cross functions to support, maintaining & developing good customer relationships by continuously improving NPS.

 

Industrial Account Manager is also expected to offer extra – ordinary customer experience by working with internal resource.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishment of sales revenue target
  • Deep dive Focus account development includes customer & TE strategy, products, quotation, quality, delivery etc.
  • Engage/Enable with key distributors for IND business activities include monthly meeting, seminar, workshop, training, customer visit.
  • New Emerging Industries deep dive, Nurtured potential customers for focus account.
  • Proactively interface and communicate with customers & Channel & internal TE stakeholders (including CCP, Product Management, Pricing and Supply Chain) to make sure to get stakeholders’ support.
  • Provide high quality customer support, consulting services and advice on technical-related topics concerning TE products and service.
  • Provide regular project status updates to key stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates to the parties involved, especially the PM.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to understand the most updated customer status.
  • Keep self-learning. Understand the customer, the market, competition, technology roadmaps and trends and apply this knowledge to customer solutions.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales revenue (POP/POS/Focus Account/Business drive)
  • Leading Customers/ New potential customer development
  • Cooperate with CBU/Distributor well to develop IND business growth
  • Account Plan/Pipeline/Conversion/Must win Maintenance
  • Focus Application Deep Dive
  • NPI promotion, Customize solution promotion and Schaffner product cross selling
  • Customer satisfaction - NPS

 

岗位职责与任职要求

Key Qualifications, Experiences & Knowledge:

  • University engineering degree (Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Electronics engineering preferred)
  • More than 5 years relative working experience.
  • Business acumen & Self learning
  • Knowledge of Business Development & Distributor Engage/Enable
  • Strategy view for key business
  • Willing and having capacity to work in stretch & complex situations
  • Creative, analytical and structured thinking with the ability to execute on priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organizational functions (inside and outside of TE)
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Global communication. 
  • Ability to work with deadlines and challenging targets.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate in English
  • Flexibility in working days and travelling
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Develop credibility & trust resulting in customer “buy in”
