Responsabilities
•   Meet with users, management and colleagues to analyze and understand business requirements in enough detail to determine the appropriate solution.
•   Record the requirements in a functional requirements document or equivalent.
•   Meet with business users to understand their request and agree on an implementation plan.
•   Monitor and manage activities linked to the project timeline and budget given from the management team.
•   Capture issues and engage with the relevant people to eliminate issues.
•   Interact with a Technical team to communicate requirements and design proposals.
•   Participate in configuration of the SAP system and its logistics bolt on systems when needed.
•   Translate business requirements into SAP configuration.
•   Test in SAP will be required for all ERP projects.
•   Meet with the IT team weekly to ensure continuity between the teams.
•   Ability to report out to all teams using clear and concise information.
•   Know how to use Hydra and SAP to pull information needed to support all plant Metrics.
•   Experience with remote and local network connection is a plus.
•   Publish data in an interactive electronic dashboard.
•   Train operators in proper methods and usage in SAP and Hydra interface.
•   Effectively support the production floor as needed.
•   Review system specifications to maintain knowledge of system requirements and changes to the digital factory effort.
•   Strong communication to all levels needed in presentation and spoken form.
•   Bachelor’s degree in related industry is a plus
•   Understanding of digital factory infrastructure and factory data analytics
Computer Skills
•   Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Internet.
•   Basic networking understanding
•   Experience with dashboards (Power BI or similar dashboard tools).
•   Experience with VNC or other remote connection application
•   Excel tools (Example: formulas, macro, dashboard tools)
•   1 to 2 years of experience using the SAP program a plus
