Technical Specialist_Plating

Job Requirements

1.    确保正常生产运行，执行相关WI，对现场操作工进行WI培训。
Ensure normal production and operation, follow related WI and conduct WI training for on-site operators.
2.    分析生产过程中出现的产品质量问题，制定并实施相应改善方案。
Analyze product quality problems that occur in the production process, formulate and implement corresponding improvement plans.
3.    协助新项目的夹具调试以及FAA样品的分析。
Assist in new plating jig bugging for NPI and analysis of FAA samples.
4.    保证按时完成生产计划，按要求对生产线进行点检，并完成相应记录。
Ensure that the production plan is completed on time, check the production line as required, and complete the corresponding 
    check information records.
5.    按照操作WI进产品的set up及夹具的更换操作，执行产线的标准化操作流程。
In accordance with the operation WI to take the product set up and jig replacement operations, Execute the standardized operation process of the production line.
6.    实施工程内检查，接头留样以及确认物料消耗情况。
Implement internal process inspections, retain samples of joints and confirm material consumption.
7.    按照产线维护计划，按时完成产线维护内容。
According to the production line maintenance plan, complete the production line maintenance content on time.
8.    进行日常巡检，发现问题提交给相关责任人处理。
Carry out daily inspections, and submit problems to relevant responsible persons for handling.
9.    依据EHS要求，安全生产。
According to EHS requirements, safe production.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE

1.    专科及以上学历，化学相关专业。
College degree or above, major in chemistry or relevant chemistry.
2.    三年以上电镀电镀相关工作经验（熟悉各种电镀夹具特点及操作）。
More than three years of working experience in plating line operation;（be skilled in various plating jig character and operation）.
3.    具有良好的沟通技巧,团队合作精神及疑难问题的分析能力。
Have good communication skills, teamwork spirit and analysis ability of difficult problems.
