Job description:
Operation Procedures & Working Instructions
Develop and update warehousing-related operation procedures to improve Whs. process and working guidelines for the warehousing team members
People Management
(i)Allocate and balance work across direct reports; review and provide timely feedback to direct reports regarding their performance; mentor, develop and motivate them; and resolve people/ functional issues in order to achieve targeted unit performance.
(ii) employee talent improvement
Subcontractor Management
(i) Inspect the daily operation of warehouse subcontractors,and provide daily and monthly subcontractor evaluation scorecards in order to ensure the quality of work from subcontractors.
(ii) Identify and coordinate with subcontractors in order to resolve the warehousing issues.
(iii) align with subcontractor for the productivity improvement & cost saving
Warehousing Management
(i)Provide professional support and coordinate resources to resolve key or alignment with cross-functional warehousing management issues;
(ii)review and approve the regular warehousing management documents (e.g. inventory disposal & inventory variance); and monitor the implementation of warehousing WI;
(iii)Improvement of bins utilization for the warehouse space saving
(iv)Closely alignment with TEOA & VS & Planning for the material flow
Job Requirements:
College diploma,5 years warehousing related experience with 3 year people management experience
Creativity, Problem-solving and communication skills, Orignizing and building effective team
