岗位职责与任职要求

JOB DUTIES

• Taking part in connector tools/machines development, supporting new products development.

参与连接器模具/设备开发，以及支持新产品开发

• Taking part in DFM, PFMEA to optimize product design, process design, tooling design and cost, Realizes tooling and product samples optimization.

参与DFM,PFMEA优化产品设计，过程设计，模具设计以及成本， 实现模具及样品的优化。

• Taking part in analyzing the problems encountered during sampling and mold debugging and tacking improvement plans.

参与分析试产和模具调试过程中遇到的问题，跟踪实施改善方案

• Ensure projects are completed on time and transfer to mass production based on First Article Approval completed with documentation.

确保项目按时完成，并根据完成首件FAAR批准文档导入大规模生产。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Mechanical engineering background, Bachelor or above degree. (Fresh graduate. Less than 2 years working experience can be acceptable.)

机械工程背景, 本科学士或以上学历 (可接受2年工作经验的毕业生)

• Knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.

了解模具制造、工具钢应用/选择、热处理和电镀/涂层。

• Understand tolerance calculations and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.

了解公差计算、几何尺寸和公差定义。

• Good English communication skill – reading, written and spoken is necessary.
