工作概况
TE Connectivity 的物料计划团队负责计划、调度和监视整个生产周期内的物料移动。他们确定物料的数量和订 购日期以满足生产或工程日程需求,依据供货协议发起采购或生产领用,并根据预测和历史分析制定在生产设施内使用的日程表。该团队制定新合同订单的规范,以及预测和规划劳动力需求。他们针对供应商绩效提供及时、准确的意见,并被要求与战略采购团队一同参与更高级别的供应商绩效评审。他们还监视所分配的分包合同的成本、日程和范围,确保获得最佳质量和最大价值。
岗位职责与任职要求
Demand Management:
• Receive, evaluate and confirm customer orders.
• Demand analysis between customer orders and forecast to provide better visibility to plant operations.
• According Rolling Fcst Rough-cut Capacity Planning and Long term planning.
Production Planning:
• According to IBP DLD forecast to do rolling FCST to drive capacity / materials /tooling / equipment planning.
• Release production orders, follow up the production and coordinate resources to timely resolve issues to ensure the commitments to customers.
• Past due reduction and FG LT improvement
• Daily highlight critical issues
• Align with PM for the Die/ mold/machine utilization analysis
Materials Planning:
• Based on rolling FCST to do material purchase FCST
• Based on MRP to release purchase orders and follow up the shipping schedule with suppliers(Trade and Interco).
• Pull in RM according Mfg plan requirement
• Payment and supplier management.
• Manage Inventory and Supplier OTD
Inventory Management:
• Manage inventory to keep it at a reasonable level, to balance the cash flow and customer service.
• Excess/Non-active inventory management.
• Pulling RM according Mfg.schedule
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor degree or above.
• More than 2 years’ experience in demand management, production planning or materials planning fields.
• Sensitive and careful to numbers, good planning skill.
• Familiar with SAP, especially in SD and PP.
• Skillful in written and spoken English and oral communication skill
