Job Overview

The SAP Process Integration Analyst for Warehouse & Shop Floor is a member of TES SAP Global Process Team.  

The primary objective of TES SAP Global Process Team is to ensure that Sensors BU keeps to latest systems integration/implementation programs, considering the business requirements of TES business unit, also in alignment with TES and TE strategy, integrates with other business unit strategic initiatives, and is implemented to the agreed cost, schedule and quality.  

The SAP Warehouse & Shop Floor Process Integration Analyst drives projects and initiatives supporting those objectives for SAP Warehouse & Shop Floor functions. Also supports the development of TES business unit global best practice processes, standard work, reporting, metrics and other business-critical business tools, and seamless integration of the SAP migrations during and after transition.  

 They help to document processes, train and communicate standard work and expectations for the SAP S/4 Hana implementation projects, ensure effective knowledge sharing, and facilitate leveraging of lessons learned to functional global, regional and/or plant level partners. 

The Process integration analyst – Warehouse & Shop Floor- plays a key role in ensuring that core management metrics for the area of influence, are addressed in a cohesive and integrated manner across daily operational functions. This position is responsible for aligning performance indicators with the day-to-day activities of relevant departments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

Working closely with Supply Chain and Shop Floor management teams, the specialist will drive collaboration to ensure that performance metrics are not only monitored but actively improved. The role requires a strong focus on cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision-making, and the implementation of best practices to enhance operational efficiency and ultimately, customer satisfaction. 

Reports to: Direct to Sensors Global ERP & Analytics Manager  

Main Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Acts as global process owner (SAP) for Warehouse and Shop Floor, ensuring alignment with TES strategy and business needs
  • Leads best practice adoption, gap analysis, and Global SOP development with change management
  • Drives process standardization and continuous improvement during SAP migrations (SAP → SAP Evolve)
  • Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders (plants, regions, TEIS, EPT) to define and implement best practices
  • Ensures compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality standards
  • Supports and leads continuous improvement initiatives as SAP SME
  • Identifies and develops key users / super-users to support SAP adoption and knowledge building
  • Manages and evaluates SAP template changes/enhancements aligned with global governance
  • Oversees documentation, training, and rollout of standard processes across plants and SAP projects
  • Guides data mapping, cleansing, validation, testing, and process optimization in SAP implementations
  • Supports change management and adoption for SAP Evolve through trainings and workshops
  • Monitors post-implementation KPIs, identifies gaps, and drives improvement actions
  • Ensures knowledge transfer and lessons learned across SAP projects
  • Maintains compliance with global quality management systems
  • Aligns performance metrics with operations and supports data-driven decision making
  • Promotes continuous improvement culture and develops performance improvement plan

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.   

• May be required to travel to TES locations globally (<25%). 

 
 

• Detailed hands-on SAP functional Super-User expertise, and/or SAP Certification/EPT Key User Certification. Preferably participated in Local Implementation Team during SAP migration project.  

• 7+ years’ business process functional knowledge. Knowledge of Sensors business preferred.   

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or another related field preferred. 

• Location:  Any Sensors plant
