Job Overview
Tasks And Responsibilities
Sales:
• Develop sales and daily animate accounts and prospects within the assigned scope in close collaboration with internal departments.
• Prescribe and promote TE solutions.
• Identify and provide guidelines for cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Ensure commercial animation of the sector.
• Conduct internal and external negotiations until the order is obtained.
• Follow rules and instructions given by management regarding prices and negotiations.
Marketing:
• Ensure monitoring of industry trends and competitive activity to support Product Marketing.
Customer Support:
• Be the point of contact for the customer and coordinate the work of customer service teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the customer to position TE as a strategic partner and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify customer needs and define appropriate solutions with management by applying TE's commercial strategy.
• Work closely with customer engineering teams to develop technical solutions using the existing product portfolio or in line with the product and investment strategy defined by the Business Unit.
Reporting:
• Update activity indicators using group tools.
What your background should look like:
• Master's degree
• Experience in Account Management/Sales preferably in Automotive sector.
• Advanced communication Skills
• Fluent In English/French
Additional Information
- Regular travel in France and occasionally in EMEA.
