Our global headquarters are located in Harrisburg, PA, and we have global design, sales, and manufacturing locations. We seek a Product Development Engineer (Signal Integrity Lab) to join our team. The position will be located in Northborough, MA

Short Description

•    Work in the Signal Integrity Laboratory and ensure Electrical specifications of passive DUTs are met
•    Assist with frequency (S-Parameter), and time domain (TDR) measurements for new products and help guide Product Development Engineering and Manufacturing Development Engineering
•    Assist with obtaining High-Frequency Measurements with Keysight PNA’s.
•    Assist with performing reproducible measurements for experiments and characterizations
•    Assist with performing reproducible cycle or stress measurements using mechanical fixtures or obtain mechanical parameters
•    Accurately record, store, and process data in Excel to create graphs and reports with PowerPoint
•    Help keep track of all work and experiments performed in the Lab
•    Interact as needed with Engineering
•    Display a level of caution around susceptible and expensive equipment.  Perform all work with consistency and precision
•    Conduct physical experiments/tests to verify product performance.
•    With experience develop test methodologies, electrical & physical, to find the boundaries of performance & to meet evolving industry/customer standards.
 

What your background should look like:

•    Minimum Associate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics or equivalent.
•    Strong geometric, numerical, and statistical aptitude
•    Ability to read and interpret geometric drawings, schematics, and block diagrams
o    Proficient in- Microsoft Products- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
•    Strong accuracy and organizational skills
•    Must be self-motivated

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:$64,720 – $97,080 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
