Responsibilities

工作职责 :

Overall leading Molding value stream management

• Driving assembly workshop SQDC performance to achieve yearly target
• Leading cross team key task accomplishment and key initiative for teask force with PQ, Supply chain, engineering team
• Monitor daily monitor daily production performance, report accurate data to VSM, and formulate improvement plans for unmet KPIs.
• Team management including daily management and teambuilding
• Complete other affairs assigned by the leader temporarily .
• Allocate and balance subordinates' work, evaluate and provide timely performance feedback to them, as well as guide, develop and motivate subordinates.

EHS

• Implement and monitor EHS policies in order to ensure compliance with company regulation; Report the potential risk to EHS function in order to ensure manufacturing safety also improve future company EHS.

Quality

• Implement TEOA related Tools in plant and identify key quality improvement priorities, supervise, and monitor quality status; Lead problem solving process in order to meet quality targets.

Delivery

• Monitor the Production Status and identify improvement priorities to ensure delivery;  Closely work with Supply Chain team to understand the overall customer order status and lead the preparation of manpower ;

Continue Improvement (Cost advantage)

• Work with TEOA team to develop proper working process to optimize and solve specific problems in operation; fully support TEOA implementation and response for on line execution in order to ensure continue improvement

• Proficient in lean tools, capable of identifying various wastes in the workshop and promoting relevant departments to make improvements, thereby enhancing on-site production efficiency.
