工作概况
TE Connectivity 的设施团队执行设施和财产的管理、办公室规划、公司租赁和/或房地产协调。他们与公司
和/或供应商代表紧密合作并为其提供建议和咨询，协调重大设施的建筑、改造、租赁和房地产活动。
岗位职责与任职要求
- Responsible for the daily management of team to ensure all maintenance and repair activities.
- Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of TPM system including procedure、standard、plan etc.
- Responsible for emergency troubleshooting to ensure 100% OTD.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement of equipment performance to meet the higher and higher requirement of process capability、quality、safety、efficiency、cost、down time etc.
