Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Program Management Teams are responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver major customer programs within budget and time limitations in accordance with technical specifications and profit objectives. They manage customer programs (customized engineered solutions for particular end customer platforms) from bid preparation through production. Their duties include: developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements; assembling cross-functional program teams with members from engineering, procurement, sales, production, materials management, and quality; serving as the main point of contact for the customer for all negotiations, decision making, scheduling issues, and problem solving throughout the program; monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met; and arranging modifications as required.

 

As the Supply Chain Program Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and succeeding long-term objectives within the AD&M business unit. The role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Operations. The role acts as both a change agent and a continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in collaboration and task execution in a high-visibility role within the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading project planning sessions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinating with various departments and teams to gather requirements and resources.
  • Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively understanding business needs and ensuring there is no overlap in projects or resources.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
     

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Program/Project Mgmt. (Materials Planning / Supply Chain Ops).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in Supply Chain or ERP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Lean, and Agile).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Notion, or Asana).
  • PMP Certification.
  • This role is remote but will require approximately 20% travel.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $132,480 - 198,720k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
