Job Overview

The Integrated Marketing Analyst works in collaboration with the Global Integrated & Digital Marketing Leader to manage a range of high impact, integrated marketing tactics with the primary objective of growing sales pipeline and building strong thought leadership for the Business Unit.

 

The job requires a highly organized individual who has solid experience of executing various Marketing programs/campaigns/tradeshows and events in a complex, fast pacing business world - the individual needs to demonstrate good understanding of how Marketing drives demand generation. The individual must also demonstrate strong messaging skills for both internal and external communications and be able to write effectively and succinctly with the ability to create a compelling story that can influence various teams, including leadership team. 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience with organizing events, project management, and work in a fast-paced and agile environment. 

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all logistical aspects of Data & Devices trade shows and customer events, including booth design, vendor orders, registration, product demo placement, partner requirements and staff
    • Assess and negotiate booth locations, as well as identify sponsorship, speaking and advertising opportunities
    • Work with engineers, product marketing and sales to ensure messaging collateral is current and on-brand
    • Manage show logistics including shipping booth items, printing collateral and giveaway development
    • Create show briefing presentations
    • Manage and lead the development of various marketing materials, including but not limited to product brochures, visual designs and production, videos, product demo for trade shows, etc.
    • Plan and track expenses for show budgets
    • Travel and work at tradeshows in the U.S and internationally, as needed
  • Ability to take on a variety of marketing, communications and digital tasks
  • Assist in the preparation and meeting materials for external and internal audiences
  • Develop and maintain organized system for storing all marketing assets, campaigns, documentation
  • Manage and lead the development of various marketing materials, including but not limited to product brochures, visual designs and production, videos, product demo for trade shows, etc.
  • Work with external PR and Creative agencies to ensure TE message and branding guidelines are adhered to for key tradeshows/product introductions/technologies
  • Be able to proactively identify communications opportunities and manage internal communications and tools
  • Ability to create/implement monthly communications across Data & Devices business until
  • Ensures that all communications and marketing materials comply with TE’s global branding guidelines

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of in-house experience in B2B/manufacturing industries; with an agency background is a plus
  • Experience in assisting or managing marketing programs to drive MQLs
  • Proficient in Adobe Premier, Photoshop and all Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communications skills, strong ability to story tell and edit a wide range of communications/marketing content in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Good business sense and excellent project management skills
  • Forms strong working relationships within a team
  • Manages multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
  • Ongoing learner; exhibits curiosity and an interest in self-improvement.  Basic knowledge of digital media.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other web marketing tools is not a must, but a plus
  • Highly organized; be able to work independently with great attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skills; high energy, self-driven with strong team-oriented spirit
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Journalism or other related fields
