The Aerospace, Defense and Marine (Aerospace, Defense and Marine or AD&M) business unit of TE is part of the Industrial Solutions segment (Industrial Solutions) and is a world leader in the design of components and electrical interconnection solutions that are used for applications in extreme and rigorous environments. These interconnection solutions make possible applications of avionics, jet and propulsion engine management, flight controls, grounding systems and on-board entertainment (EAB) for today's "connected aircraft". Job Overview

The Aerospace Defense and Marine (AD&M) businesses of TE Connectivity are leaders in the development and engineering of a comprehensive portfolio of connectors, fiber optics, wires, cables, antennas, circuit protectors and moldings for harsh environments. We have a global customer base with over 7,000 employees to deliver a broad range of solutions.

 

The Demand Analyst within AD&M drives a robust S&OP process to accelerate revenue opportunities, improve forecast inputs, and deliver ECE to all stakeholders. 

What you will be doing...

  • Facilitate consensus discussions between Sales, Product Management and Operations monthly
  • Manage booking forecasts for submission to Finance partners monthly
  • Maintain best fit statistical forecasting for a portfolio of products quarterly
  • Maintain Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) group settings with input from operations across multiple plants quarterly
  • Ad-Hoc analysis on large datasets for meaningful business insights
  • Partner with finance on annual budgeting process with an assigned strategic product portfolio
  • Manage a monthly calendar with multiple participants and topics

 

What your background should look like...

  • Due to ITAR restrictions, must be a United States Citizen or United States Permanent Resident to apply for this position.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years’ experience with Sales or Operations
  • Understanding of basic statistical forecasting methods and terminology
  • High-level Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to work with a Global team
  • Understanding of basic MRP
