工作职责：Job Responsibility
1. Undertakes extrusion molding with conductive polymer in electromagnetic-based manufacturing processes, ensuring process control, repeatability, and quality.
2. Proficient in Liquid Silicone
3. Perform testing work according to testing standards, test methods and operating instructions, ensure the accuracy and reliability of test data, and prepare the test report
4. Contributes to lead DFM review, PFMEA review, BOP and some documents to optimize product design, process design and tool design
5. Contributes to lead Failure Analysis &Corrective Action /Quality Control Process Control improvement
6. Participate in existing machine design upgrading, improving capacity, efficiency, yield rate and scarp rate

1. Major in high polymer material, bachelor's degree or above; solid professional foundation
2, More than 5 years of relevant work experience
3. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of automated manufacturing processes, including process optimization, capability analysis, and troubleshooting, with a broad understanding of operations such as setup, changeovers, material flow efficiency, and process control.
4. Oral English communication skills
5. Good logical thinking, teamwork and innovation consciousness; strong sense of responsibility, can work under great pressure.

2. 精通液态硅胶知识
3. 依据检测标准、测试方法及作业指导书进行测试工作, 确保测试数据的准确可靠,编制测试报告
4. 能够组织DFM评审, PFMEA设计评审和BOP文档以优化产品设计、工艺设计和工具设计优先，
5. 有能力领导 FACA /QCPC 改进者优先;
6. 参与现有设备设计改进，提高产量及生产效率，减少生产不良及报废
任职要求：Job requirement
1. 高分子材料专业,统招本科（学士学位）及以上学历; 专业基础扎实;
2. 5年以上相关工作经验;
3. 对自动化生产流程有全面的了解，包括流程优化、能力分析和故障排除，对生产制程有广泛的理解，例如设备安装、换型、物料流、效率和过程控制等。
4. 英语口语沟通能力;
5. 良好的逻辑思维，团队精神和创新意识；责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力
