TE Connectivity is looking for a hands-on Electrical/Controls Engineer in our Rt. 230 in Mount Joy/Rapho Manheim manufacturing facilities.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong background in safety standards, control reliability, and electrical safety design.
  • Strong background in PLC programming, and troubleshooting, including safety PLCs.
  • Strong background in collaborative and industrial robot programming. EPSON, FANUC, and Universal Robot experience are preferred. 
  • Strong background in machine vision technology. Keyence and Cognex experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical schematics. AutoCAD electrical experience preferred. 
  • Strong Project Management skills. 
  • Have strong written and oral skills, as you must interface with team members and vendors.
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%.)

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Mechanical design and Creo Parametric.
  • Safety standards such as ISO 13849, ISO 10218, ISO 12100.
  • Risk assessments.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $95,520 - 115,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
