Job Overview

TE's Talent Management team is responsible for building the capability of the organization to be high performing and able to adapt, including change management, culture transformation and overall employee performance. They are responsible for TE's training and development strategy, ensuring skills and capabilities of employees meet the organization's current and future needs. They develop, implement and evaluate training activities to meet TE's competitive position requirements, and are responsible for mentoring and training programs to establish a diverse and inclusive culture.


Learning Technology Specialist


As a Learning Technology Specialist you will:

-Consult with Talent Management and business stakeholders to accurately capture learning objectives and advise on learning solution options

-Lead and manage learning solution projects end-to-end, either internally or in partnership with external development suppliers

-Leverage a variety of tools to develop engaging learning solutions,  including but not limited to eLearning modules, job aids, virtual instructor-led modules, videos, and blending learning programs

-Contribute to researching, identifying, and deploying new technology within the Talent Management organization

-Support the deployment of the Talent Management learning technology roadmap

-Back-up the learning management system administrator for a variety of activities such as loading content onto the LMS

What your background should look like:



The ideal candidate will possess:

-A Bachelor's degree in Education/HR/Business,  a Master's in degree in Learning Technology,  and 1-2 yrs of business experience

-Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design (ADDIE)

-Experience in the use of content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise360, audio and video editing apps, etc.

-Some experience with learning management systems (i.e. Successfactors) and/or learning experience platforms

-Some experience with graphic design, animation, and/or gamification

-The ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects in a fast paced environment

-A natural curiosity and desire to learn and find more impactful, simpler, and cost effective solutions

•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $65,900-$85,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
