Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Product Pricing Teams determine the price of new and existing products by evaluating cost, marketplace, competitor data, economic conditions, volume, and quality of the product, as well as market positioning.

This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).   Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee. 

  • Driving quotes for long-term agreements through the quoting process.
  • Working with Sales, Product Management, and Product Pricing to develop quoting strategies for each business opportunity.
  • Analyzing each opportunity to gauge margins as well as potential price erosion.
  • Setting up new price agreements based on awards from quoting as well as maintaining existing pricing agreements.
  • Analyzing agreement performance.
  • Timeliness in receiving the quote to responding back to the customer.
  • Timeliness in reviewing existing agreement performance to extend or renew price agreements.
  • Overall ADM price erosion

  • Exceptional organization skill and detail oriented
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and strong ability to build relationships and credibility quickly across functions and levels within the business unit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to present strategies and impacts to Sr. Mgmt.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics
  • Self-motivated, ability to proactively drive business and process improvements
  • Able to work with global cross-functional team efforts focused on process implementation & execution
  • Strong PC abilities; expert Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of database and spreadsheet applications is required

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $63,120-$94,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
