Job Overview

Exciting opportunity to join our expanding team in Cork, Ireland. Our Cork site is the headquarters of our HR Services Centre for EMEA and hosts our HR Service Centre, Technology and Analytics team. 

This is a full time, permanent position with great benefits and would be ideal for a candidate seeking a diverse roll in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will operate as an integral part of the global HR Services team and provide varied support to the HR Services function including project assistance and management to support the productivity and effectiveness of project delivery within HR Services. They will be fundamental in managing internal communications and training to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in and support for all HR Service workstreams.  The candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of the office and coordination of all communications regarding Cork specific updates.  As a direct report of the HR Services Senior Manager in EMEA the candidate will be confident in working with Senior Managers and leading meetings with the Senior group.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Support (e.g.: Primarily responsible for project admin tasks including arranging project meetings and preparing project updates for management meetings.)
  • Training and Communication (e.g.: delivering training for system updates, new tasks, refresher training, skills development)
  • Employee Onboarding and Engagement (e.g.: responsible for the induction of new employees; reading and coordinating Employee Resource Groups to support employee engagement and promote wellbeing in the workplace)
  • Office Management
  • Administration (e.g.: Primary point of contact for Office Administration e.g. finance, health and safety, social events; Arrange and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangement for Management team; Expense reporting review and submission)
  • Employee Health and Safety



  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 3+ years in a project, administrative or chief of staff capacity in a large corporation (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build executive-level presentations.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Domestic/International travel coordination and expense reporting using Concur Travel Tool preferred.
  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions.
  • Strong project reporting, administrative and management skills.
  • Must be able to work with limited supervision and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in line with business goals.
