Complete and achieve the company's monthly production indicators for delivery,EHS,quality,efficiency,and cost control.
Be responsible for the recruitment of frontline staff,the training of team leaders,the establishment of talent pipeline,and development of multi-skilled employees.
Initiate or lead improvement activities and achieve measurable outcomes.

Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
Bachelor degree in engineering or related major;
Three years’ work experience in manufacturing industry; solid skills on manufacturing process improvement, layout optimization etc;
Good English reading and writing skill and have the ability to communicate with foreign colleagues orally;
Has the training ability ;

Self-driven, be curious and embraced to new tools/ technologies like AI, humanoid robot
