工作概况
Develop process & procedures in approving suppliers per TE Policy; put in place QA audits and checks to ensure Consistency in product supply and “Zero” rejects at TE customer.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure specification and standards are understood. Conduct product inspections through out the procurement process and trouble-shooting where necessary

Supplier Quality Monitoring and Development
1. Supplier Quality performance analysis and Have weekly supplier quality issue review and attend monthly review with purchasing team
2. Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and corrective actions are implemented as appropriate, follow up raw material issue with supplier, review supplier 8D report and track supplier improvement action
3. Improvement on Supplier Quality System and production process
4. PPAP and APQP for applicable supplier
5. Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs and quality of manufacturability to all affected departments. Provide support for Plant, PM, Engineering, Sales and Purchasing.
Supplier Qualification and Annual audit
1. Responsible for new Supplier Qualification.
2. Create annual supplier audit plan, execution, finding report and issue tracking.
Raw material qualification
1. Quality SPEC agreement with suppliers
2. FA, Supplier components qualification and documentation, including packaging
3. On supplier site inspection if need.
4. Support IQC for inspection per request
5. New part qualification of TEBIT project and LEANPD project
岗位职责与任职要求
Academic degree or above in engineering or related discipline
>3 years of QE/QA experience in various quality roles with proven track record of success in MFG areas experience of Fabrication, machining, and metal forming process.
be capable to use quality tools like FMEA, PPAP, MSA and minitab
Good interpretation skills for engineering drawing & spec.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Time management and organizational skills
A working knowledge of English would be a definite asset
