Your main tasks:

• Define and implement sourcing and supplier strategies across key categories
• Turn data into insights – drive spend analysis, market intelligence, and TCO optimization
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage commercial agreements
• Collaborate on cross-functional sourcing projects with global stakeholders
• Deliver clear procurement reporting and actionable business insights
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and data governance
• Commodities: metal stamping or assemblies, Fabricated Metals – Machining, Forging, Casting /advantage/

Your ideal background:

• • Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for cost optimization and data-driven decisions
  • Proven negotiation skills and confident stakeholder communication
  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging messages
  • Critical thinking, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
  • Drive to grow and develop within a procurement organization
  • Fluent English
